You won't regret leaving your dog(s) with Isabelle at  Nightdrifter Kennels - They have so
much fun they won't even want to come  home!; Even though it's a 2 and a half hour drive
for me - I wouldn't leave  them anywhere else - they do more than sit in kennels all day -
they get to have  FUN and exercise with other dogs as well as the basics.  Isabelle is a
caring, responsible and knowledgable dog owner and trainer. Let your dogs  experience a
vacation with her next time you need to leave them."

When we went away, leaving our dogs behind was one of the hardest things for us, until we found Isabelle and
Nightdrifter Kennel Obedience & Boarding Center.

When leaving any of our dogs at Nightdrifter, I have NO fears/worries. I know my animals are treated with the best care,
and very similar to the way they are treated at home with us.  This allows me to enjoy my vacation, and know my dogs
are in a safe, fun and caring environment where they get to meet new friends and enjoy them self too.
I also feel great knowing the dogs are handled and spoken too with the same training techniques as we use.

Thank you Isabelle, Jason, Nathan & Aiden for creating this environment for them and us when we are away.

" We are very grateful to have met Isabelle and Jason.  We no longer "board" our dog, we now send her to doggie camp.
Isabelle and Jason treat Kaylee like one of their own dogs and she often does not want to come home.  We know she will be
well-treated and have a lot of fun and exercise.  They have truly been a blessing to us."

I think your website is great.  I would like to say that I recommend your obedience classes to everyone I know that has
a dog!
Our 2 boxers we took to your classes - remember trying to get Kramer to down? LOL,~ ~ and we are so thankful that our
Mya actually listens to us and obey's our commands.  You are an amazing trainer and truly love all the dogs that attend
your classes and they sense that for sure!!  We have not had to board our baby yet but for sure you would be the place
we would send her.
Way to go and keep up the great work!

I am definitely a frequent shopper at Isabelle's pet supply shop!  One thing I really like is that she stocks sizes for
both big and little dogs.  My new favorite product (as I have many) is the Dog Lunch box.  I use them daily at home
as a raised feeder but I recently went away for the weekend with Piper.  Piper is known for opening zippers and
sticking her head in duffle bags looking for her kibble and treats.  She's been successful on more than one occasion!
This trip, I packed her lunch box with food, water, treats and bones.  I had my bags out in the open at the hotel room
and Piper's things safe in her lunch box.  It was very convenient.  One more thing I love about Isabelle's Shop is if
she doesn't have it in stock, she will do her best to find it and bring it in for you.  Thanks Isi!!

Isabelle,  Thank you for taking great care of our beloved Border Collie Maggie during our recent trip; she is a
very high energy dog, it was clear she was exercised regularly.  Although her stay at your kennel this time was
the longest at sixteen days, we were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing Maggie was being looked after in
the same professional way she was on her four previous stays with you.  I have no problems whatsoever with
recommending your kennel to anyone who asks me where we board Maggie when we travel.

Sincerely,  John and Crystal

Dear Isabelle
Catrina and I just wanted to send you a special THANK YOU for sharing your expertise with us the other day
when we picked up Timber. We are amazed at your talents and gift of being a Dog Whisperer!
I have to say that both Trina and I have had the BEST EVER walks with Timber since your mentoring and
teaching.
It is like a whole new special relationship has blossomed...We will continue with your suggestions.
Catrina compared Timber's behaviour after leaving the kennel in the west, and after leaving your Kennel. He
was much calmer, more content and Happy after spending time with you. Thank you for that!
Wishing you a very happy New Year and please know that you are OUR Kennel for future bookings for Timber!
We are so glad that we've found you!

We were apprehensive the first time we left our beautiful Border Collie pup, Maggie, at Nightdrifter Kennels while we vacationed, leaving your
dog is never easy.  Seeing Maggie's fine condition upon our return from that first experience totally eliminated any concerns we had.  Maggie's
condition following the next four stays at your kennel, including the long sixteen day stay, were all very, very successful.  When the time came to
board our new male Border Collie pup, Ruckus, along with Maggie, our only concern was how Ruckus would handle being away from us for the
first time.  Upon our return, it was immediately evident by his demeanor that Ruckus enjoyed his first stay as he looked great, as did Maggie.
When it came time for another stay for them, it was as simple as dropping them off, and picking them up.

We feel very fortunate to have initially chosen your kennels when we had a boarding requirement,
and we would recommend you to our friends and acquaintances without hesitation.
Your new kennels will only add to the quality of the dog boarding experience.
Thank you for doing such a great job with our beloved dogs!!!

Sincerely,  John and Crystal, N. S. - March 2008
"We are very happy with Nightdrifter Kennel. We have placed our dogs with Isabelle on 2 occasions, and both times she has taken care of them very
well. She provides very good food and exercise so the dogs are always happy when we come and pick them up. Her kennel is very clean and she
takes great care in making sure every dog has what it needs. We will be placing our dogs with her in the future because we know she will take care
of them."

I've had my rescue dog for six years; though he's the sweetest-natured dog ever, he's always been anxious and easily upset by changes in his routine.
When I'd pick him up from other kennels it would take days for him to settle--often he'd go back to the nervous chewing and vomiting behaviours
he had when I first got him.  That changed with Nightdrifter;  now I have absolute confidence that when I come to pick up Jake I'll find a calm,
relaxed, well cared for dog.  When I drop him off, he bounds out of the car and greets Isabelle like an old friend--it really feels like he's treated as one
pf the family. It means a lot that I can leave a happy dog and come back to a happy dog.
I'd enthusiastically recommend Nightdrifter Kennel.

“Our dog Inga (a Rottweiler Female) is feeling right at home when we leave her with Isabelle at Nightdrifters. She loves long walks and can play
with other dogs all day long. She knows the routine already and happily goes into her kennel the minute we go inside. Isabelle has a very deep
knowledge about dogs, she is a great trainer and that helps us too. We know that Inga will not be spoiled in a wrong way or taught something that we
don’t like. We don’t mind a two hour drive from Halifax. It is good to know that your dog is safe and taken care of while we are away.”

Our five year old Boxer, Stella, loves to play with other dogs but she doesn't get the chance to at home because my presence seems to bring out
dog-aggression tendencies.  Leaving her with Isabelle, I know that's not an issue so it is a treat to send her to "camp" for a week to let her do what she
loves to do in a safe and responsible environment.  I wish we could go away more often to give her the chance to have fun with her favourite
playmates at Nightdrifter Kennel.

Luna recently spent 3 weeks at Camp, she is a 5 month old Shepherd puppy, she made a lot of new
friends but her all time favorite thing was playing with the Best Freezby in the world
"The Chewber"
, Luna learned how to bring it back for more play while she was here, she already had one
at home waiting for her, this is what her owner said after she returned home from camp:

"Hi Isabelle,
just a note to tell you that Luna has settled in well, even settled down
a bit, but still teasing the cats...
She LOVES the chewber, indeed, it is the best toy, you're right, and so
versatile."

Digby is eleven years old--big, loving, loyal, and not thrilled with change! So, although we were pretty
sure we had made the right decision when we chose Nightdrifter Kennel to be her new 'vacation home,' we
did have a couple of misgivings.  Would she eat? Would she get enough exercise? Would she spend her days
moping?

Well, our minds are now at ease. On every occasion she has been to Nightdrifter, leaving her has never
been stressful.  The facility is comfortable and has so many homey touches.  We don't have worry about her
well-being when we are away, and when we pick her up, she is happy and healthy!

Thank you Isabelle for the special care you have given her.
