| We at Nightdrifter Strive in breeding coonhounds that are going to be great hunters but also take temperament very seriously. We show all of our dog in conformation to ensure that all meet and/or exceed the breed standard. A hound should be one that is friendly with people and other dogs with a happy go lucky type of personality. We encourage our puppy buyers to make their hound part of their family as the coonhound is an extremely affectionate dog that enjoys nothing more then to spend time with you. We highly recommend Obedience training early, along with plenty of exercise. All of our puppies are socialized at a very early age with children, adults and other dogs. They are also introduced to various toys, sounds and textures and are ALL home raised for the entire time that they are with us. They will also have been introduced to a crate and started on Paper training. Where this will be a spring litter the pups will get to do lots of exploring outside on a daily basis, Weather permitting of course. We use the Volhard Puppy Aptitude to help us place the right temperament puppy w/ the right owner. We are also utilizing the Early Neurological Stimulation to give our puppies an added advantage. |

| Boomer is directly out of Setum Up Ace which is the number one all time historical reproducer in Black and Tan's. He also has Tennesse Fiddler Breeding on his mother's side. He is a Loud Mouthed, Medium to cold nose with strong Tracking and Treeing Abilities. Boomer earned two wins towards his Night Champion degree in only 4 hunts and got Best in Show at the only show he has gone too. Boomer is expected to finish to Night Champion in early Spring of 2007. |
